All paid up Club members of the Indoor and Outdoor section may attend the AGM.
Social members may attend but do not have voting rights and cannot stand for Committee or Board positions.
If there is only one nominee for a position, that person will be returned to office unopposed without the need for a vote.
A copy of the Statement of Accounts will be made available to those members attending the AGM.
